Shipping:

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- VÉRITÉ NOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

- Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please note:

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us before returning your order to ensure availability.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
